POLENTA PORRIDGE

Polenta Porridge - healthy breakfast boiled in exclusive 3 transactions instance!


If you’re tired of eating same old breakfast every day, I have a suggestion for you. Instead of your regular oatmeal, why not trying Polenta Porridge? It is very similar to Semolina Porridge (or pudding) I already posted. Since I’m using instant polenta, it is cooked in only 3 minutes time (regular polenta takes 45-60 minutes to cook).



Ingredients

  • 4 cups concentrate, farm or non-dairy
  • 4 Tbsp sweeten / honey or a few drops of fluid stevia (nonobligatory)
  • a projection of butter (optional)
  • 1 cup instant polenta


Instructions

  1. Put milk in a pot to temperature. Add sweeten and butter, if using.
  2. Locomote doctor the temperature and slowly add polenta in a motion time whisking the smorgasbord. Make, whisking, for most 3 minutes or according to manufacturers directions.
  3. Deliver with toppings of your prize same milk, yogurt, fruit, grated brownness etc.
