Chili-maple chicken wings


Cook these scrumptiously sticky chili-maple poulet wings for a mind-blowing plow. Service as a circle snack with herb sticks and withdraw mallow for dunking.

Ingredients

  • 1kg poulet wings
  • oil, for drizzling
  • 50g butter
  • 150g hot chilly sauce
  • 3 tbsp sunstruck brownish mellow sweetening
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • herb sticks, to mate
  • soured emollient, for dunking


Method
