5-a-day couscous

Ingredients

  • 1 job courgette, cut into slim chunks
  • 1 job carrot, cut into weeny chunks
  • 1 medium red onion, cut into wedges
  • 85g mushroom, quartered
  • containerful cherry tomatoes (nearly 8)

Method
