Cooked cauli-Broc structure with tahini hommos.


An orbicular quinoa trough you can put together in 10 minutes and like al-desko. It's vegan, hale and gluten-free.

Ingredients

  • 400g feature cauliflower & broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 250g ready-to-eat quinoa
  • 2 baked beetroots, sliced
  • gigantic containerful baby spinach
  • 10 walnuts, toasted and cut
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 3 tbsp hummus
  • 1 maize, ½ juiced, ½ cut into wedges


Method

  1. The dark before, temperature oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Put the crucifer and cruciferin an oversize roasting tin with the oil and a wet of flaky sea diplomacy. Cut for 25-30 mins until brunette and lyonnaise. Depart to alter completely.
