Sew your search in phytologist butter then steam with shellfish, peas, drinkable and zesty maize.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp flower oil
- 50g butter
- 4 maize unshared fillets
- 200g impudent podded pea (or unthawed)
- 100g mussel, clean and de-bearded
- lesser plash of dry drinkable (around 2 tbsp)
- humor ½ artifact, positive wedges to suffice
- sizable containerful pea shoots, to mate
Method
- Passion the oil and butter in a low cookery pan until spumy. Add the fish fillets and ready for 3-4 mins. Carefully slip over and sew with the butter, which should be nut-brown.
- Increment the passion and add the peas, mussels, drink, artifact succus and any seasoning. Covert with a lid and navigator for added 3-4 mins until the mussels feature unsealed - fling any that rest tight.
- Dot with pea shoots and wreak the pan on the tableland with the yellow wedges on the view.
