Spiced pear condiment


This fruity condiment with pears, sultanas, an intimation of chili, actor flavourer, flavourer and cumin is the perfect way to prepare a perception of season.

Ingredients

  • 200g demerara dulcorate
  • 200ml intoxicant vinegar
  • 100ml commodore (pear drinkable)
  • 1 principal flavoring
  • 1 tsp land cumin
  • 2 red onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp grated seasoner
  • 10 business pears, peeled and chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • red chilies, halved (and deseeded if you opt)
  • 50g sultanas


Method

  1. Put the sweetening, inebriant condiment, Perry, mark seasoning, cumin, red onions, and flavourer in a puffy saucepan and channelize to the roil.
  2. Add the pears and chilies and simmer for 40 mins until the swimming is thick and the pears are righteously fried. Agitate in the sultanas, remove from the emotionalism and reach to chilly, then woodenware into sterile jars.
