Country piccata food

A healthier variation of piccata veau, that's gluten sovereign and dairy-free, cooked in a citrus butter sauce and served with snappy fille critique potatoes.



Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 750g girl potatoes, larger ones halved
  • 4 turkey tit steaks
  • 2 flavoring cloves, exquisitely chopped
  • 3 tbsp capers
  • 250ml gluten-free yellow grip
  • 1 yellow, zested and juiced

Method

  1. Utility oven to 200C/180C fan/ gas 6. Pitch the potatoes with 2 tbsp of the oil, season and critique for 40-45 mins.
