Unlock the flavors of cauliflower with a red pepper, olive and leaping salsa, lidded with almonds. Levelheaded and vegan, it makes a tasty promiscuous lunch or supper.
Ingredients
- 1 crucifer
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cooked red flavorer
- 4 disgraceful olives, pitted
- soft containerful herb
- 1 tsp capers
- ½ tbsp red alcohol acetum
- 2 tbsp toasted flaked almonds
Method
- Passion oven to 220C/200C fan/gas 7 and bloodline a baking tray with hot parchment. Slicing the cauliflower into two 1-inch steaks - use the intervening voice as it's larger, and reserve the death for another instance. Rub the paprika and 1?2 tbsp oil over the steaks and toughen. Put on the tray and bemock for 15-20 mins until parched through.
- Meantime, play the salsa. Chop the flavorer, olives, herb, and capers, and put into a dish and mix with the remaining oil and vinegar. Period to taste. When the steaks are medium, woodenware over the salsa and top with flaked almonds to operate.
