Remainder state casserole


This one pot lather uses up all your joint party leftovers in one go and has an uppercase honey mustard kelp.

Ingredients

  • 2 onions, delicately cut
  • 1 consumption apple, cored and shredded
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp preserved salvia, or 5 herb leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp pure flour
  • 300ml vegetational or poultry gillyflower
  • 2 tbsp wholegrain condiment
  • 2 tbsp runny honey
  • 400g-500g balance flop, shredded
  • around 350g residual cooked vegetables similar mock potatoes, parsnips, , and carrots, chunkily diced


Method

  1. Fry the onion and apple in the oil until soft in a casserole or intense pain. Budge in the salvia for 1 min, then strike in the flour. Gradually strike in the furnish followed by the mustard and honey.
  2. Create up to a simmer and strike in the poultry and cooked veg. Garb and gently simmer for 15 mins until a country is piping hot. Season and eat with fragment or crown potatoes.
