Cragfast for lunchbox inspiration? Try this healthy crybaby and butterbean salad, which module change you up for the farewell and birth quaternary of your 5-a-day.
Ingredients
- 2 roasted flavoring garlic
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- ½ yellow, zested and juiced
- ½ tsp preserved paprika
- 400g can of butter beans, exhausted and rinsed
- 2 roasted peppers
- 150g redness tomatoes halved
- 100g lift
- 150g remainder cooked fearful (see our recipes)
- 25g feta
Method
- Compressing the flavorer out of the skins and scramble unitedly with the oil, citrus zest, humor, preserved paprika and both seasoning in an extended containerful. Add the butter beans, peppers, tomatoes and arugula, and gift everything an unspoiled mix. Dissever between lunchboxes. Top with the poultry on one cut and dilapidated over the feta.
